1. Delivery 

For shipping we make every effort to accommodate your order within 2-3 business days of the date you purchased your items. please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. We ship out orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please note we do not ship on Weekends.

 

2. Damaged Items in Transport

Once Packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should go through them.

4.What is your return policy?

KAYPHORIA-X  does not accept returns. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged or you received the wrong item. If you have recieved a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at:

kayphoriax@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving item with details regarding the item being damaged/incorrect. You are responsible for shipping cost to return items.

All sales are FINAL. There are absolutely NO refunds & exchanges.
