SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my order? All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation. Once your order has been fulfilled, please allow the following estimated delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping (United States): 7–14 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (where available): 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier volume, and fulfillment partner. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Why might my delivery take longer than expected? KAYPHORIA X works with multiple fulfillment partners to bring you the highest quality pieces at accessible price points. Some items ship from international warehouses. During peak seasons, sale periods, or high-demand drops, processing and transit times may be slightly extended. You will always receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally? At this time, KAYPHORIA X primarily ships within the United States. International availability varies by product. If international shipping is available for your order, it will be reflected at checkout with applicable rates and estimated transit times.


ORDER TRACKING

How do I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING PACKAGES

What if my package arrives damaged? We take product quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at kayphoriax@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work directly with you to resolve the issue — whether that is a replacement, store credit, or an alternative solution. Claims submitted after 72 hours of the confirmed delivery date may not be eligible for resolution.

What if my package is lost in transit? If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any safe drop locations. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? Due to the intimate nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, worn, or removed from original packaging.

Exceptions are made in the following cases only:

  • You received a damaged item
  • You received the wrong item

If either situation applies, contact us at kayphoriax@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, a photo of the item, and a description of the issue. Upon verification, we will provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Please note: KAYPHORIA X reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria above.

Are there any items that cannot be returned under any circumstances? Final sale items, items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase, and any item without original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel or modify my order? Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. Once an order enters the fulfillment process, we are unable to make changes. To request a cancellation, email kayphoriax@gmail.com immediately with your order number in the subject line.


SIZING & FIT

How do I find my size? Each product page includes a size guide. We offer sizes XS through 4X across most collections — because luxury has no size limit. If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up. For personalized sizing guidance, contact us at kayphoriax@gmail.com.
